For Karine Chevallier, perfume is a twinned story of passion and patience, a passion that led her, in 1993, to study chemistry at ISIPCA, the French school of perfumery.
As a perfumery student at a prestigious composition company, she learned the profession with master perfumer Jean-François Blayn, a former student of Edmond Roudnitska. But it was only after she worked at the Guerlain Fragrance House and obtained her degree in Luxury Industries Management that she started understanding perfumery as a whole: "A dream at the edge of arts and crafts, a product made from matter and magic, a history from everyone’s memory and a universal luxury."
Nez à Nez, hidden away in the heart of the historical Marais district of Paris, reveals its concept as original as its fragrances. The creations of Nez à Nez are unique, chosen to allow passion to reveal itself and tie a fleshy link between the artist and the muse who guides him. The olfactory sense is based on primitive feelings.
They are visions of scents characterized by debates of colors, research pushed into the field of various feelings which are proposed in the olfactory world by Stephane Humbert Lucas. The perfumes were imagined pictorially. They talk, they express themselves humanly without imposing a body.
