Celine Ellena is a fragrance perfumer who works for The Different Company. Born in Grasse, France she was educated in 1994 at ISIPCA. She worked for 10 years at Harmann & Reimer (now Symrise), then at Charabot, and in 2004 joined The Different Company (replacing her father when he left the company). She is the niece of perfumer, Bernard Ellena, daughter of perfume Jean-Claude Ellena, and granddaughter of Chiris perfumer, Peter Ellena.
Launched in 2000, pioneer of rare fragrances house, The Different Company is the reference of Contemporary French perfume house. The Different Company celebrates the pleasure of the senses and the beauty of the fragrances with exceptional perfumes in uniquely designed bottles.
The perfumers behind the brand are Jean Claude and Celine Ellena, Bertrand Duchaufour, Emilie Coppermann, Christine Nagel... and an internationally renown art director Thierry de Baschmakoff, that follows only one rule : create and propose true luxurious fragrances.
